There are many courses that are on offer to our clients. Some of our most popular courses are described below:
Assertiveness Training
Assertiveness training was developed by Success Dynamics as a major team building tool to be used within companies, i.e., not a public course to which anyone could be sent. It is intense, lasting four days and three evenings and designed for only eight people. Its major function is to deal with poor management caused by aggressive and submissive behavior among employees, whether they are managers or not.
As a byproduct, it also is a powerful tool to improve EQ because it changes the way an individual sees themselves and the world about them. It tends to be a life changing event.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Training
EQ training is designed to address the specific needs of an individual who may need to improve one or more aspects of his or her behavior. It would be wrong to send someone on an EQ training course without first identifying:
- Whether they need it, and
- What precise aspect(s) of EQ do they lack?
So, while Assertiveness training will undoubtedly improve an individual’s EQ in many ways, it is not designed to address individual specific needs but to improve the effectiveness of a group. The group’s needs are identified by management’s perception of its performance in the real world, not by assessment and testing, that comes later as part of the training preparation.
Whereas EQ training can, and should, be tailored to the specific needs of the individual as identified by EQA, which can identify the aspects of EQ that the person lacks.
Management In Transition (MIT) Program
This is a dynamic and interactive certified program that runs for 10 weeks. It consists of 1 full day of classroom training per week with field exercises and assignments to be completed in between. The program is intended for those who aspire to move into management, new managers in the role and existing managers who wish to become more effective in their roles. It is particularly suitable for all types of sales management.
