Included with the subscription is the facility to train 1 or 2 (depending on the type of subscription) client employees as Level 1 Psychometric Analysts, so that the various elements of the Psychometric Toolbox may be administered "in-house".

This is also in conjunction with a dedicated SDA Senior Analyst providing 24/7 support.
