-Rules Rules-

If you are considered guilty of breaking a rule, based on the specifications provided, you will receive a 10-minute time out, preventing yourself from speaking in chat. After breaking a rule a second time, you will get a second 10-minute time out. Upon breaking a rule for the third time, you will be banned if decided necessary.


-Trial-

If you receive three strikes by breaking a rule three times, Epic will discuss the situation with mods or other involved persons. Mods are able to vote on the situation, with the conclusion and decision ultimately made by Epic.


-Rule 1-

No porn. This means no sharing image links that depict real human genetalia, breasts, or buttocks. Animal genetalia also counts towards this rule, and is forbidden. If the animal's genetalia or anus is not the focus of the content and that is not the reason the photo is being shared, it will be allowed. It is also allowed for the user to post a photo or video of animals copulating as long as no genitals are seen. A photo or video depicting a real, physical object that realistically resembles genetalia that is used for pornographic or sexual use is prohibited, but if the object was created for artistic purposes and is not pornographic in nature, it will be allowed. In addition, it is prohibited to post images or videos of something deemed sexually explicit (i.e used condoms, or items used for masturbation). Furthermore, you cannot share drawings that are considered porn, specifically those with innately sexual body parts on display unless with unrealistic and undetailed-looking genitals and with clear humorous intent other than shock value based on the obscenity of the image (i.e crude Jackbox Tee-KO shirt drawings).


-Rule 2-

No racism. Do not post racially charged messages, ideas, videos, or images that are intended to offend. Nobody can use any words or phrases that are well-known as racial slurs, even if not used with offensive intent (i.e the N-word). You may not send any links to images or videos containing these slurs, regardless of how they are used. You also cannot post messages, ideas, videos or images that are intended to offend anybody's religion. You are also prohibited from making jokes about racially-fueled tragedies (i.e Holocaust jokes). You are allowed to discuss people's race, as long as it is in a respectful tone. You are also allowed to make jokes about individuals who are racist, so long as it is not sympathizing or making light of their problematic views or actions.


-Rule 3-

Be nice to others. You must be respectful towards the other users in the chat and Epic himself. If Party A says something that makes Party B feel uncomfortable or offended, and Party B expresses their discomfort, Party A can be held accountable if they continue their offense after being made aware of Party B's discomfort. However, Epic must feel that the discomfort displayed is is valid. If the offense is clearly intended to hurt somebody, the offending party will not be given a second chance. Do not use the words "retarded" or "gay" as insults. The word "fag" is prohibited entirely. You are also prohibited from making jokes about tragic events (i.e 9/11, terrorist attacks in general). Ultimately, Epic deems what is considered problematic behavior.


-Rule 4-

No clearing chat without permission from Epic. This rule applies only to moderators. The exception to this rule is if it is used to hide spoilers or hide personal information that should not have been posted (See rules 5 and 6).


-Rule 5-

No spoilers. Be careful in what you say relating to the plot of any media, be it movie, TV show, book, or video game. Because it is not certain who has seen what, it is important not to share ANY details about the media in question. Even details from the beginning of the media in question or about media that is well-known should not be shared until it is verified that everybody has seen it. You are allowed to make references or quote media as long as it is not clear what media it is referencing, as well as the context. If you share a fake movie spoiler, it must be clearly fake, and any resemblance to the truth can be considered an offense to this rule. Spoilers are fine as long as there is sufficient warning. Epic will ultimately determine how malicious the spoiler is in the end.


-Rule 6-

No sharing unwanted personal information about other people. This can include real-life names, addresses, emails, and social media accounts. You must get permission from the person in question to share this information. Even if somebody's real name is well-known, do not call them by it unless they want to be. This also applies to other information. Just because a detail is well-known does not mean that they want it to be brought up by others. Even if this information is mistakenly shared, the offended party can seek reparations.


-Rule 7-

If you have a conflict with somebody else in the chat, and the conflict is not directly related to something that has occurred in the chat, please do not discuss or argue in the chat. Please continue the conversation in a private setting, so the situation is not on display for everybody.


-Rule 8-

No fake accounts, under certain circumstances. If you find yourself banned or timed out, you are not allowed to use an alternate account or create a new one to bypass the rules. You may also not make a new account just to break one of the other rules. If a secondary account breaks a rule, the primary account is just as susceptible to facing charges.

-Rule 9-

Please do not talk about any sexual experiences you have in real life. While that is a completely valid discussion point, this is not the forum for it, and I personally do not want to see it in my chat.

-Rule 69-

No child will receive their semen if you fuck Epic's shit up. (This rule is only relevant in Epiy Wonka & the Muffin Factory.)


-Rule 420-
