Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner - A Blockchain "Expert"?

Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner looks like he uses the facilities of the Frankfurt School. He is the head of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center.

We saw that Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner did a video course with BTC-ECHO. You can see on the video that it was made in the Frankfurt School because the logo is on it. We can not find out who is paid for this course.
