how do i book a garment hire?

booking a garment hire is a simple process. browse and pick your garment. book the garment that you like and the date that you are intending on wearing the garment. alternatively, you can send us the rental form available in the highlight via instagram direct message.

i recommend you ask further details regarding the size or fit to make sure the rental you are wanting is correct.

please ensure that you book the date of your event – i aim for your garment to arrive atleast one working day before your event; garments usually arrive a few days before your targeted event date.

can i put a garment on hold?

if you are unsure about your garment hire, i will not proceed to save the date for you, however, if you book something in advance and intent on definitely hiring the garment, i will save the particular date for you. i also message you a week before you hire to ensure you want to proceed with the hiring process.

are the prices negotiable?

all prices are non-negotiable by the customer. all of my garments range from $15 - $50 (other fees not included).

can i get my bond back?

of course! bonds are refundable if the item follows the T&Cs (including no stains, rips, or damaged created by the wearer). if these are not followed, i will not refund the bond.

do i dry-clean the garment?

dry-cleaning is not compulsory. however, if the customer insists, it is something that i really appreciate.

can i hand wash the garment?

no - please do not hand wash or machine wash the garment! if the garment is stained or discoloured, please do not wash the garment yourself. i will professionally wash it. if the stains do not come out, you will be charged with a small damage fee.

my event has been cancelled. can i get a refund?

i understand an event cancelling is totally out of your control. however, if a garment has been paid for, i do not offer any type of refunds other than a store credit that you are able to put towards a future hire.

i do not like the garment that i hired. can i get a refund?

if you do not like the garment that you hired, this is also out of my control. i recommend the customers to ask further questions regarding the size or fit of the garment to avoid this type of situation.

what if i ruin a garment?

if the garment is ruined; this included stains, rips, and other damages (stated in the T&Cs), a damage fee will be charged.
