Advantage Protection Plans: Terms of Service - Effective 02/08/2020

Mobile Insurance Plan - $8.99/month

A non-refundable deductible applies to each claim.

1. Screen Replacement Deductible: $49.
2. Screen and Digitizer Replacement Deductible: $99.
3. Water Damage Deductible: 25% of the phones MSRP (minimum $99).

There is a limit of two claims in 12 consecutive months. The maximum value per claim is $1,000.  Claims may be fulfilled with new, certified restored, refurbished or other models of like kind and quality. Colors, features, accessory and compatibility are not guaranteed. Lost phones, theft and cosmetic damage and batteries are not covered under this plan. Phones covered under this plan must be sent to our warehouse for repair / replacement within 14 days of claim. Shipping to us must have a tracking number and the cost is the responsibility of the insured, return shipping is free. Once the phone is delivered to our warehouse please allow up to 14 days for the claim to be processed and the phone shipped back to you repaired / replaced. It is our discretion whether to repair or replace the phone. We are not responsible for lost or damaged data on the phone. We reserve the right to deny any claim for any reason.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your optional insurance coverage at any time and receive a refund of your unearned monthly premium/charge. We may cancel or change terms by giving you prior written notice as required by law. Any unearned premium/charge will be refunded to you.
