You are right, but I don't know if you are muslim or not. If you are muslim, I just wanted to remind you that homosexuality with all its varieties is haram, even the supporting of lgbt people is haram (remember what happened to Lut's wife, she didn't commit any sin but she supported the sinners and she got the same punishment as them). You know that in this life, it's only what you want to be and not something else. Your thoughts aren't what make you, you are what you make of these thoughts. Humans brains aren't limited and people can think thay have attractions to any sorts of things (same sex, family member, children, animal... a lot of people suffer from things that look so real but they don't want them), but it doesn't mean it's true unless you actually want that and are happy and believe in that. It is very haram to do so.
There is also a huge difference between homosexuality, the act, and gay, the identity. The more you're telling your brain something, the more it will believe it. Gay people think they can't change because they don't want to change, they condemned themselves to stay like that by validating their thoughts and even being proud of them. Humans are the ones to shape their brains and not the opposite.
It's also sad how the western world has put sexual attraction as a substitute to love. Sexual attraction means nothing, there are people that have arousals just because of anxiety. Love is something felt at the heart and it is pure, from God, and serving to a purpose in life, not just lust that make humans worse than animals.
I hope you reflect on it. :)
