AwezaMed can be used to overcome language barriers encountered in a maternal health context. The content of this application was developed in consultation with healthcare professionals. AwezaMed is in a research phase and feedback received will be used to improve future versions. By using this application, I -

• agree to use AwezaMed on my own responsibility and will accept the risk in this regard voluntarily;
• hereby indemnify Aweza and the CSIR and hold them jointly and severally harmless against all liability resulting or arising from my use of AwezaMed;
• undertake not to institute a claim of any nature against Aweza or the CSIR or any employee of these entities and not to hold these entities or any employee of these entities responsible for any damage or loss of any nature whatsoever that I, personally, or any patient, sustain and which directly or indirectly follows from the use of AwezaMed;
• consent to having the audio of my voice recorded when using AwezaMed with the automatic speech recognition functionality; and
• consent to providing feedback on my use of AwezaMed, when requested.
