By using Play Moments Applications you accept these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"). Agreement apply to all users ("you" or "Member") who access and/or use the Application. Unless amended or modified, Agreement will remain in effect while you are a User, Subscriber or a Member. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use Applications.

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION

MyFace application is fun and easy to use, the application generates fancy words and information about user by using camera metadata to process face of users face by using face recognition technology to recognize faces. For the record, the information about user which generated by app is not fully reliable this app is just for purpose of enjoyment. User can save the output of app in storage of device and share it with other users by own free will. For the sake of complicity using this application you can create photo and share it.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our application are not intended for – and we don’t direct them to – anyone under 13. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13 as the application is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use the application.

SENSITIVE PERMISSIONS

1. CAMERA

This application needs camera metadata to process face of user to generate proper output. For generating output your face information is needed, the face data is used on your device only and we absolutely do not collect and store it. We’ll access your camera only after you give us your consent. This service does NOT collect your information to any cloud or any database.

2. STORAGE

This application needs access to users SD card storage to save the output of application as picture file (JPEG). At the same time to send following picture to another user this application needs to read the saved picture file from users SD card storage. We’ll access your storage only after you give us your consent. This service does NOT collect your information to any cloud or any database.
